What are the advantages of Roaring Success?
What you find with other providers is that when you first sign-up they are great and helpful but then when you are a customers of theirs and need a problem sorting, they pass you through to different departments and you have to re-explain everything several times, but with us this is not the case and we are happy to help and answer and questions you may have.
Can Roaring Success offer me the same service?
With us we offer you exactly the same service for your line and broadband services that you have with your current provider. We do what is called a “Like for Like Transfer”, this means that we copy your line and broadband service over to us with no change or down time.
Will I keep my number
Yes, when you transfer to us you will keep the same number. The only exception to this is when you move house when you are live with us, you may be too far from the exchange to keep your number so you will be charged £125 +VAT on your next bill.
How does the price compare?
Our prices are very competitive and all of our packages are low priced because we have a wholesale agreement to get you the cheapest price.
Are the speeds the same?
Yes, the speed for your area when you switch to us does not change. You can always upgrade your package when you switch to us if you want to so you get that extra boost of performance.
